The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
posted on his MAX channel that the Russian Federation
successfully tested a new high-tech weapon—the Burevestnik nuclear-powered,
unlimited-range cruise missile.
He noted that the Burevestnik remained in the air for nearly 15 hours and passed 14,000 kilometers. “And this is not the limit,” added Vyacheslav Volodin.
“I congratulate everyone on the creation of the Burevestnik. Special thanks to those who participated in its development and testing, believed in this project, and did everything possible to make it happen,” posted the Chairman of the State Duma.
“This weapon is not like other weapons in the world. The Burevestnik will increase the defense capability of our country, protect its sovereignty, and will also enhance equal and indivisible security in the world,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
