Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast) and the delegation of the State Duma arrived in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for an official visit at the invitation of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly.

During the visit, which will last until August 15, it is scheduled to attend several meetings and participate in the ceremonial events on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule.
