The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
instructed the Committee on International Affairs to study the issue together with the law enforcement agencies of the Russian
Federation and propose effective measures to protect the sovereignty of the country and the institution of the President. He said that at the plenary meeting.
He mentioned the issue of bringing to justice the judges of the International Criminal Court for their recent judgment against the President of Russia. According to the Chairman of the State Duma, it is necessary to study the issue of the payment of 10 million euros by the European Union send to the Court, as that is direct bribery of judges.
“The President is a head of the state, and all attacks on him are attacks on the country,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
He noted the newly discovered fact that the European Union had paid the European Court, which issued such decision. “That is corruption, that is direct bribery of judges. This issue should be studied,” added the Chairman of the State Duma.
“Those who issue such decisions should be moved from Brussels to Lefortovo [prison],” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin. “Borrell speaks on behalf of the European Union there. He should come and testify before our Investigative Committee on his actions.”
“And they have issued such decisions encouraged by senile Biden, who does not remember what happened in the morning. All of Europe is in a state of tension, on the verge of crisis. It is quite obvious that their court decision does not apply to the Russian Federation at all,” said Vyacheslav Volodin.
“The President of the country is an institution. And we must protect the institutions,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
