The Chairman of the State Duma is convinced that “Biden and Zelensky, as well as leaders of European states, who silently support those attacks, would be responsible for that”.
“It would be right for the European Parliament to cut its vacation short to consider the issue which poses a threat to life of European citizens,” emphasized Vyacheslav Volodin.
