The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
posted on his Telegram channel that the Minister of Interior of Estonia stressed that “it is necessary to deal with” Estonian citizens “who have anti-Estonian or anti-Ukrainian views, whose thoughts and ideas in the current escalated situation could pose a threat.”

The Chairman of the State Duma drew attention to the fact that none of the leaders of European states, as well as heads of the European Parliament, PACE, OSCE “has not condemned such hateful, misanthropic attitude of the Estonian authorities.”

“We have been witnessing double standards in the field of human rights in Europe for decades. But the European policy has reached a new level of degradation: they hate their own citizens who have other views,” stressed Vyacheslav Volodin.

He added that they “say it frankly” that they wanted to get rid of those people with other views.

“It is obvious that they are doing that trying to intimidate their citizens,” concluded the Chairman of the State Duma.
