The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
, addressing the parliamentarians of the People's
Council of the Lugansk People's Republic, stressed that Washington and Brussels
had been doing a lot by turning the territory of Ukraine into a springboard for fighting Russia and simply ignored all proposals to normalize the situation. They
even conducted experiments with biological weapons in laboratories created on the territory of Ukraine and encouraged Ukraine’s desire to possess nuclear
weapons, as he said.
“But the main thing is that the Kiev regime had constantly been pursuing genocide policy against the LPR and DPR, and the West openly supported it,” said Vyacheslav Volodin and stressed that international organizations and other states said nothing about that.
Nevertheless, Washington and Brussels are doing everything to ensure that the conflict would continue “to the last Ukrainian”, as said the Chairman of the State Duma. The United States of America is making money on the current situation in Ukraine, as it was with the USSR within the framework of the Lend-Lease supplies.
“We considered that as a selfless assistance for the sake of defeating fascism, but as it turned out, the US was simply making money. And now there is the same situation with Ukraine, as the economic stranglehold is being tightened, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren will have to pay for that,” Vyacheslav Volodin added.
“The refusal by the Kiev regime and its Western masters to negotiate will not affect the plans and actions of our country. But this refusal directly affects the prospects for preservation of Ukraine’s statehood,” stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
According to him, such actions of the Kiev regime create the conditions for disappearance of state of Ukraine.
