The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
sent a telegram to the Chairman of the People's Council
of the Lugansk People's Republic Denis Miroshnichenko and congratulated people
of the LPR on the Day of the Lugansk People's Republic.
Vyacheslav Volodin stressed: “Members of the State Duma support the citizens of the fraternal Lugansk People's Republic in their desire to exercise their legitimate right to state independence.”
“The State Duma will continue to cooperate with the members of the LPR People’s Council and develop the parliamentary dimension of bilateral cooperation in the interests of the citizens of our countries,” he emphasized.
Vyacheslav Volodin also invited Denis Miroshnichenko to pay an official visit to Russia.
The Chairman of the State Duma wished all citizens of the LPR happiness, health and prosperity.
