She also appealed to the law enforcement agencies in connection with this act of bioterrorism in the school yard.
“The very fact that those infected banknotes were found in the school yard and knowing the children curiosity, understanding that a child would touch and take it, then pull it into his/her mouth and such contact would be very infectious, that means that can be called nothing more than a diversion. And only the high level of alertness of the LPR law enforcement agencies made it possible to prevent the tragedy,” she emphasized.
During the videoconference, the meeting participants agreed to continue cooperation within the framework of the investigation conducted by the Parliamentary Commission. Representatives of the LPR Ministry of Health will take part as experts in the investigation process.
The Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma added that the US health care programme was introduced in Ukraine. This programme provides for the elimination of the system of disease prevention and early diagnosis. “If you, as a citizen, get a paid contract, then you receive a package of services. Since most of the population cannot afford that, in fact, a huge number of citizens of Ukraine were not only put at risk, but were part of dangerous experiments,” Irina Yarovaya emphasized.
“With reduced immunity and being not able to receive early qualified medical assistance and diagnosis, any experiments with strains and viruses turn the country into living biological laboratory and unfortunately very often are fatal,” she explained.
The Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma is convinced that the World Health Organization should draw attention to those facts.

The first meeting of the Commission was held on March 31 at the State Duma.
The Commission consists of 14 members of the State Duma and 14 senators. Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya and Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev are the Co-Chairs of the Commission.
