Members of the State Duma to form the part of the Interparliamentary Group of Russia
It was proposed to elect the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin as Co-Chairman of the Interparliamentary Group and Evgeny Popov as Deputy Co-Chairman
On November 10, the Council of the State Duma discussed the issue of forming a part of the Interparliamentary Group of the Russian Federation, so the members of the State Duma will be able to participate in the activities of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and to maintain inter-parliamentary contacts within the framework of deputy groups on interaction with the parliaments of other states.

as Deputy Co-Chairman.
The relevant draft Resolution will be considered at the plenary meeting on November 11.
As part of maintaining inter-parliamentary contacts, the State Duma will soon present new compositions of the deputy groups on interaction with the parliaments of other states. Those deputy groups will be formed by the Interparliamentary Group, which coordinates their work.
