Viacheslav Volodin invited foreign parliamentarians to observe elections in September

Vyacheslav Victorovich The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast) , on behalf of the State Duma, invited representatives of the foreign parliaments to participate in observing the parliamentary elections which will be held in Russia on 17–19 September.

Special invitations were also sent to different inter-parliamentary organizations, such as PACE, OSCE PA, PABSEC, IAO, as well as the CSTO PA, IPA CIS and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.
