Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation Ngo Duc Manh in connection with the completion of the Ambassador’s diplomatic assignment in Russia.
The meeting participants commended current cooperation between Russia and Vietnam and expressed mutual confidence in the good prospects for its further dynamic development in all areas.
Ivan Melnikov and Ngo Duc Manh warmly said farewells and expressed hope to meet again in Russia and Vietnam.
