“In addition to participation in the conference, bilateral meetings with the leaders of the parliaments of the PACE member-states will be held. The agenda promises to be quite intense,” the Chairman of the State Duma noted. He said that some leaders of European parliaments have already expressed their intention to meet.
“I would also like to meet the PACE leadership, so it would be right for us to accept this invitation and go,” Viacheslav Volodin emphasized. He reminded that this year the Council of Europe will be 70 years old.
The Chairman of the State Duma said that the delegation of the State Duma that will consist of representatives of all factions will leave Moscow late in the evening on October 23.
