He also noted that representatives of 132 countries, more than thirty of which will be represented by speakers, came to the Russian capital to participate in the International Forum “Development of Parliamentarism”. The Forum is also attended by the leadership of 11 major inter-parliamentary unions.

The opinion of the participants
Speaker of the Council of Representatives of the National Assembly of Bahrain (lower chamber of the parliament) Fawzia Abdulla Zainal thanked for the invitation to the Forum.
“I am very pleased to be here with you today. We want to develop relations between our parliaments,” she said.
Fawzia Abdulla Zainal added that the Bahrain Parliament followed the last year International Forum “Development of Parliamentarism”.
“We have noticed great progress and we want to learn from the Russian Federation how to develop inter-parliamentary relations,” she concluded.
