State Duma unanimously believes that if rights are restricted it will be right to leave PACE

Parliamentarians unanimously supported this decision.

“If there are any decisions related to the restriction of the credentials of our delegation, we will consider this as a restriction of the rights of our citizens. We cannot effectively and fully represent the Russian citizens in the Parliamentary Assembly if the delegation is restricted in its rights,” said the Chairman of the State Duma.
