Chairman of the State Duma met with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić
Viacheslav Volodin conveyed the greetings of President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the President of Serbia
“I would like to convey the greetings of President of Russia Vladimir Putin. And once again I would like to emphasize that we are friends, brothers, and we proceed from the fact that our relations are based exactly on the principles of friendship, trust, and mutual assistance,” said Viacheslav Volodin.
Serbian President thanked Russia for support.
“Our trade turnover is increasing, and I hope it will continue to increase. I would also like to thank Russia for supporting Serbia,” said Aleksandar Vučić.
The delegation of the State Duma headed by Viacheslav Volodin is on a working visit in Belgrade. During the visit, Viacheslav Volodin will address the members of the Serbian parliament. The 4th meeting of the Commission on Cooperation between the State Duma and the National Assembly of Serbia will also be held. In addition, a bilateral meeting of the Chairman of the State Duma and the Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, Maja Gojković, is planned.
