Alexey Victorovich (CPRF) are members of the OSCE PA delegation that oversees the elections. In total, the delegation consists of more than 70 parliamentarians from 25 countries. State Duma members visit polling stations in Washington and the state of Maryland.

At the mid-term elections, members of the US Congress and local governments will be elected.
