A meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take place in Moscow on October 30

The CSTO Parliamentary Assembly participants will discuss regional security issues. The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation. Elected in single mandate constituency № 163 (Saratov constituency - Saratov Oblast)
, will be held in Moscow on October 30.

Heads of parliaments of the CSTO member states will take part in the meeting: President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ara Babloyan, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin, Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Dastan Jumabekov, and a delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as a delegation of the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia, which will participate as an observer.

The CSTO PA will review the model draft laws of the participating countries, determine the single list of organizations recognized as terrorist, and will also discuss issues of interaction coordination on international parliamentary platforms.

The CSTO PA includes the parliaments of the CSTO member states: the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, the Lower Chamber of the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan have observers status.
