Earlier, the ZIK TV channel reported that the Lvov regional council had decided to prohibit the public use of the ”cultural product in Russian language“ in the region.

”The moratorium on the Russian language introduced by members of the Lvov regional council is a direct violation of the rights of Russian-speaking citizens residing in this region. We express our protest and will demand an appropriate reaction from international human rights organizations,“ Zhelezniak said.
